Four things, and each one means exactly one thing:

• Which ring they sit in is how close you are. Inner is people you can call about anything; outer is people you have met once.
• How big the orb is, is how much they could open for you.
• The colour is what kind of person they are: professional, student, builder, friend, family.
• The arc around them fills up as they go cold. A full one means they are overdue.

The hot-coloured orbs are the people the queue wants you to write to today. Everyone else stays calm on purpose.

Open the LinkedIn tab and follow the link to request your data export. LinkedIn emails you a .zip, usually within a day, sometimes up to two.

When it lands, drop the whole .zip straight into Tenora. You do not need to unzip it. Tenora reads your connections, works out who you have actually talked to, and shows you a short recommended list rather than dumping 900 strangers onto your map.

Everyone you do not pick is still searchable in the LinkedIn tab, so you never have to export twice.

Yes, three ways.

Right after a capture, the receipt in the corner has an Undo. That archives the people it just added and puts your original text back in the box so you can re-word it.

On the person's card, Edit changes any field by hand. A score you set by hand is locked — no later AI pass will move it.

Anytime, Archive takes someone off your orbit without deleting anything, and Network's archive tab restores them.

Reschedule pushes them out by a set number of days, or to a date you pick.

Mute takes them off the queue entirely until you lift it. Nothing about them changes, they just stop being suggested. Use it for the people you keep on your map but do not need reminding about.

You can also set how often you want to be reminded about someone: every 3 days, every 90, or any custom number.

Log the contact and tick sent, no reply yet. That takes them out of your queue for a week without pretending the relationship was refreshed, so the day they come back they are as cold as they actually are.

If you paste the message into Capture instead, Tenora recognises a send with no reply and does the same thing on its own.

Never. Tenora writes a draft and hands it to you. Nothing leaves your account unless you send it yourself, from your own inbox or your own phone.

The only email Tenora sends is to you: the weekly digest of who is going cold, which has an unsubscribe link on every one.

Open Personalize and fill in who you are, what you are working toward, and the fields you care about. That is what the draft writer signs off as and writes from, and it is also what tells Tenora which of your contacts could actually help.

The half-draft below every message is built from your own filed notes, not from a template. If it reads thin, the record is thin: add a line to their notes and the draft updates immediately.

Yes. Open tenoraapp.com/app in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. Capture, your queue, and the drafts all work there, which is the point: you file people where you meet them.

Nothing. Tenora is free and in beta. If that ever changes, anything you have already put in stays yours and stays exportable.

Only you. Your rows are locked to your account at the database level, not just in the app, so no other user can see, search, or discover them.

Send it. Most of what is in Tenora today came from someone saying "it would be better if…" in an email or a text, and the turnaround on small things is often the same day.
